- What is the COVID policy?The hotel has introduced their industry-leading scheme, Hotels That Care, throughout their hotels to keep you safer, healthier and reassured.
You can expect to see sanitising stations, social distancing signs, glass screens at reception, and some team members may be wearing protective equipment. Cleaning will take place more regularly and efficiently with disinfectant and your room will be deep cleaned to an approved anti-Covid standard.
They've also introduced a 'Grab and Go' takeaway breakfast in place of the usual buffet, or you can have it delivered to your room.
