Online check-in. You'll receive an email a few days before you travel letting you check in to the car park online. It's super easy and should only take about 20 seconds, but it'll save you so much more time when you get to the car park.
Make sure you bring your toiletries as Travelodge does not provide these in the rooms, although the vending machine at reception should be able to provide anything you need.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2m x 5m). High-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers cannot be accepted.
We recommend you checking the Birmingham NEC exhibition centre website to see if there is an event arranged for your day off travel before you fly. The NEC, which you will pass on your way to the airport, attracts a lot of traffic, so you should allow extra time for your journey if an event is scheduled.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. Please note this is subject to change.
