When you arrive at APH
Once you've parked, head to reception with your confirmation or booking reference, car registration, return flight details and car keys. Reception will take your keys to park your car for you. You'll be given a number to call when you're back to arrange your shuttle back to the car park. Once you've checked in, take the bus to the airport. Buses run every 10 to 15 minutes and take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive at the terminal.
On your return to Birmingham
Follow the information on the card you were given when you checked your car in on arrival to arrange a collection from the terminal. Catch the bus back to the car park, collect your keys from reception and make your way home.
Important Information
Government regulations require passengers on shuttle buses to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get on the bus. You'll need one for each member of your party.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £5. This is subject to change.
Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Bikes, surfing/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size can't be taken on the shuttle bus.
We recommend allowing at least 45 minutes (extra during peak periods) from the time you check your car in to getting to the airport, just in case of delays.
