You can check in from 2pm. Overnight parking at the hotel is free, if you need it.

Here are your directions to the hotel:
- Leave the M4 at junction 33 and take the A4232 towards the airport: it's the first exit if you're travelling westbound, and the third exit if you're travelling eastbound.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit onto the A4050 Port Road.
- Take the second exit at the next six roundabouts, staying on the A4050. At the seventh roundabout take the second exit onto the A4226 Port Road West.
- At the following roundabout, take the second exit. Then take the second left onto Port Road. You will see the hotel at the next roundabout. If you're travelling to the hotel by train, the nearest mainline railway stations are Barry and Rhoose.

Dinner is served in the restaurant from 5.30pm to 9pm. The Continental buffet breakfast is served from 4am to 9.30am on weekdays and 10.30am at weekends, with hot food from 6am. There is no lunch, but there is a fridge full of snacks, which are available all day. The bar is open for drinks from 11am to 2am.

You must check out by 12 noon. The airport is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. If you prefer, reception can book you a taxi to the airport which costs £5 and takes a couple of minutes.
