The Gallery bar serves a variety of light snacks and drinks, while the hotel's Traders restaurant is ideal if you're after something a little more filling. Expect all the British favourites like gourmet burgers, fish, steaks and salad, along with some mouthwatering sides, pasta dishes and desserts. Dinner is available from 18:00 to 22:00.
On your departure
The latest check out time is 12 noon. When you're ready to fly, you can catch the local bus to the airport from Waverley Bridge in the city centre. It runs 24 hours a day and costs just £4.50 per adult, and £2 per child, each way.
