- Exit the M23 at junction 9 and follow signs for Gatwick airport, taking the first exit at the slip road roundabout if you're coming from the south, and the second exit at the slip road roundabout if you're coming from the north.
- Go straight over at the next roundabout, and at the third roundabout take the fourth exit, signposted A23, Redhill.
- At the next roundabout go straight on and the hotel is immediately on the left.

If you're travelling to the hotel by public transport, the Gatwick Hoppa Bus runs regularly to and from the hotel to the North and South Terminal – it's a 20-minute journey. The bus costs £4.50 per adult and £2.50 per child each way and under 5s go free.

The restaurant serves a range of traditional British classic dishes. Two under 12s can eat for free from the kids menu with each paying adult.

Bar
Open Lobby – 6am to 10pm. Food served until 9.30pm
The bar serves light snacks including sandwiches and salads which cost around £8. Hot and soft drinks, beers, wine and spirits are available here too.

When you're ready to fly take the shuttle bus to the terminal. The GatwickHoppa bus runs regularly from the hotel to the North and South Terminal – it's a 20-minute journey. The bus costs £4.50 per adult and £2.50 per child each way and under 5s go free.

Early or late? If you park at the hotel for any longer than you've booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £30 per day, which is subject to change.

Guests need to leave their car keys at the hotel while their vehicles are parked on-site.

Rooms are allocated when you arrive at the hotel. If you book a double room and the hotel is busy, you may be given a twin room instead, but they'll do everything they can to give you the room type you booked.

When you arrive, the hotel will take your keys and move your car to a long-term parking area of the hotel car park, where it will stay while you're away. It'll be moved back to a collection point for your return. You'll need to sign a parking disclaimer when you arrive.

It's £35 to upgrade to an Executive room - they're extra spacious and contain a stocked mini bar.
