When you arrive at Airparks Park and Ride - all terminals
Drive into Airparks and park in the arrivals lane, where your registration will be automatically recognised. Once you've parked, head inside to reception with your booking confirmation, registration, flight information and keys. Airparks staff will park your car for you and have it ready for when you get back.
Catch the shuttle bus to the terminal, which runs every 10-15 minutes, 24-hours a day. It takes around 10-12 minutes to reach the terminals and is included in the price.

On your return to Gatwick
You'll be given full return instructions when you check in to Airparks on your arrival.
Catch the shuttle bus back to the car park, where it dropped you off. Then make your way to reception to pick up your car and keys.

Important Information
We recommend giving yourself around 30 - 40 minutes to drop your car off and get the shuttle to the airport.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.4m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.

- What about any accessibility requirements?Both the waiting area and shuttle buses are completely accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs, and because the staff do the parking accessible parking spaces aren't needed.
- Is there a maximum car size?The car park cannot fit cars wider or taller than 2.4 metres. The car park can accept skis and snowboards but not bikes or surfboards.
- What security measures are in place?One of the car park's best features is its excellent security. The car park is fenced off with flood lighting and security cameras in use, while staff patrol the parking area regularly throughout the day and night. The car park is so keen to look after your cars as well as possible, it's been awarded both the Park Mark security award and the Gold security award by the police.

- Leave the M23 at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
- If you're coming from the North take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
- If you're coming from the South take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
- Head straight over the first roundabout (2nd exit).
- At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
- Continue on the A2220 following signs to APH Parking Centre.
- Drive past the Texaco petrol station (some SatNavs might direct you here).
- After another 0.25 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign on your right.
- Follow APH signs to the car park check-in area.
