Drive to the barrier and wait up to 10 seconds for your vehicle registration to be recognised. You'll then be given a ticket with your booking reference shown above the barcode. If your registration isn't recognised press the button for assistance and one of the team will be able to help. You'll need to keep the ticket safe for your return.

Follow signs to the open parking zone, park in any free space, keeping your keys and making a note of where you've parked. Walk to the closest bus stop to catch the shuttle to the South Terminal. They run 24 hours a day every 10-12 minutes and are included in the price. The journey takes around 7-12 minutes.

Once you've collected your luggage follow the signs for South Terminal exit/car parks. Exit the terminal and you'll find the Long Stay car park bus stop your left. The shuttle runs every 10-12 minutes, 24 hours a day, takes around 7-12 minutes and is included. Let the bus driver know whereabouts you have parked, so they can drop you off at the closest stop.

Drive to the exit barrier, which will recognise your registration and raise automatically. If the barrier doesn't lift, scan the QR code on your entry ticket. If you have any problems, or if the machine is requesting you pay, press the intercom button for assistance and one of the team will be able to help.

If you needed to press for a ticket when you arrived you'll need to validate it before leaving. To do this, head to the reception building adjacent to the exit with your ticket and booking reference.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Early or late? If you park any longer than booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20. Please note this is subject to change.
