When you arrive at Purple Parking Meet and Greet North
Drive past the Sofitel Hotel and turn right immediately after the pedestrian traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Follow the signs for Meet & Greet Reception, pass through the video booth and park in a dedicated Meet & Greet parking bay.
Head to the reception where you'll need to provide your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there you can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.

On your return to Gatwick
Exit the North Terminal International Arrivals, cross both roads and continue straight ahead towards the Sofitel Hotel located on the main terminal forecourt.
Once at the main terminal forecourt, cross the road at the pedestrian traffic lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Reception. Your car will be ready and waiting for you in one of the dedicated Meet and Greet parking bays.
If you don't collect your car within 20 minutes of calling the car park you'll need to pay the Short Stay parking fee. If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you booked, ring Purple Parking on 01293 300 730, 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays.

When you are 15 minutes away from the terminal, please call Purple Parking on 01293 300 730 and select option 1 to inform them that you are nearby so that a driver can be sent to meet you.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Purple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you have a specially adapted vehicle this will need to be checked with the car park. To see if Purple Parking can take your vehicle, call 0800 093 5478.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
All airport fees are included.

- What about any accessibility requirements?The car park welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers.
- Is there a maximum car size?Purple Parking can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services. If you have a specially adapted vehicle this will need to be checked with the car park. If your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform the car park when you call and they will meet you in an alternative area outside the car park.
- What security measures are in place?While you're away, your car will be stored in a secured car park. All have been awarded the police Park Mark award, the Trading Standards Authority's Buy With Confidence award and are approved by Gatwick airport. All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
