When you arrive at Business Park and Ride T5
Drive to Business Parking Park and Ride T5 and take the 10 minute shuttle to Terminal 5.
Refreshments are offered while you wait.
Parking procedures:
- Park in the drop-off zone on the left.
- Walk to reception.
- You'll need your booking reference, return flight details.
- Hand your car keys to receptionist.
- Take the shuttle bus to the terminal. It takes 10 minutes to T5 and is included in the price.

On your return to Heathrow
- Collect your luggage.
- Call Maple Manor on 01895 544 382.
- Select option 2.
- Head to the 4th floor of the multi-storey car park.
- Walk to the ‘off airport parking' area to collect the Maple Manor shuttle bus.
- At the Maple Manor car park, collect your keys from reception. Your car will be parked outside reception.
If your flight is delayed and you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £20 per day.

Important Information
The car park, at their discretion, give you until midnight to collect your car, allowing time for delays. If you are a day or more late you will be charged for the extra time by the car park.

- What about any accessibility requirements?If you need wheelchair access, simply call the car park and let them know before you arrive so they can arrange transfers for you as the transfer buses aren't wheelchair accessible.
- Is there a maximum car size?While there is no height restriction, if you have a vehicle bigger than a car you'll need to contact us to confirm they can take it.
