NCP Flightpath Terminals 2 and 3 - Heathrow

When you arrive at the car park, pull up to the barrier and wait for it to read your number plate. Take the ticket you are issued and wait for it to lift, then drive through and park in any one of the available bays. If a ticket is not issued, just press the intercom button for help.

When you're ready to fly, catch the car park's shuttle bus straight to the terminal. It runs every 20 minutes between 4am and 11.40pm, takes 8-12 minutes and is included in the price. Outside of those hours, you'll need to take a taxi to the car park.

When you get back, head outside and catch the shuttle bus back to your car from stop 17 at T2, 22 at T3. You need to insert the ticket you were given when you entered into the exit barrier and wait for it to lift, and you're free to head home.

If you return back to the airport between 11.40pm and 4am call the car park on 0208 759 9878 and a member of the team will arrange a transfer back to the car park for you.

Government regulations require passengers on shuttle buses to wear a face mask. Remember to bring a face mask and have it on before you get on the bus. You'll need one for each member of your party.

This car park only serves terminals 2 and 3.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £14 per day, which is subject to change.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

There are electric charging points for customers to use - just let the car park know on your arrival.
