When you arrive at Purple Parking Park and Stroll T4
When you arrive at the Premier Inn T4 take a ticket and the barrier will lift. Make your way to the drop-off bay and unload your luggage. Head to the parking desk to check your car in, you'll need to leave your keys.
From here you can take the lift to the second floor of the hotel and walk through to the covered walkway to T4, it should take around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Purple Parking will inspect your car and move it to their secured car park, where it will stay while you're away.

On your return to Heathrow
After you've collected your luggage, return to the Premier Inn T4 through the covered walkway and collect your keys from the parking desk. Drive to the exit and insert the ticket, which will lift the barrier, allowing you to drive home.

The parking desk is open from 4am to 1am.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Purple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services. - Leave the M25 at junction 14 and turn left at the roundabout if you are coming from the north, or right if you are coming from the south, towards terminal 4.
