When you arrive at Long Stay
Drive up to the entry barrier and press the button for a ticket. You'll be given a ticket with your registration number and booking reference on. Drive in and park before you get the shuttle bus to the terminal. Buses run every 20-25 minutes, take 10-12 minutes and are included.
On your return to Luton
Just catch the shuttle bus back to the car park. Drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket into the slot - the barrier will lift to let you out. If it doesn't, press the intercom to speak to a member of the team.
Important Information
Government regulations require passengers on shuttle buses to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get on the bus. You'll need one for each member of your party.
Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, buses to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.
The peak travel times are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.
Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, show it on your mobile device.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 2 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £28 for the first day and £24 for each day after. This is subject to change. If you're away for less time than you booked, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.
If you have an electric vehicle and need a charging point there are 5 Tesla charge points and 5 type 2 tethered points in the Multi Storey car park nearby. They are free to use, but you'll have to pay for your time in the car park.
Most standard cars (not lorries) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
