When you arrive at JetParks
Pull up to the car park's barrier - it will read your number plate and open for you. If you have any problems, press the button to talk to the car park's team, but make sure you don't push the button to take a ticket as you will be charged again for your parking.
Park in any space, keep your keys and when you're ready, catch the car park's bus to the terminal. It takes and runs every 20 minutes and is included in the price.

On your return to Stansted
Catch the bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. Tell the driver where you parked and they'll try to drop you nearby.
When you've collected your car, drive to the barrier and it will open to let you out. If the barrier doesn't open, press the button to speak to someone at the car park.

Important Information
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £40 per day, which is subject to change.

- What about any accessibility requirements?The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair friendly and there's designated Blue Badge bays. They work on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to display your badge while you're away.
